This month (October 2021), we’re inviting Somerset charities to nominate themselves to receive a free Christmas tree from us this festive period.

We donate three large Christmas trees to the Taunton, Wiveliscombe and Wellington town centres annually, but once again this year we wanted to do more and to spread the Christmas spirit further.

Last year (2020) we gave Christmas trees to 100 worthy causes in Somerset and it was a huge success, so we’re doing it all again in 2021.

We have 100 Nordmann Fir Christmas trees up for grabs.

We are asking each charity who would like a tree to email us via info@langfordlakes.co.uk and explain in no more than 100 words why they would like one of our trees.

The deadline is midnight on Friday, November 12, 2021 and entries are on a first come, first served basis.

We will then reply to the successful charities, and they will be able to come and collect their Christmas tree from our farm in Langford Budville in late November/early December at a mutually agreeable time.
