Anyone wishing to decorate their dining table with a handmade festive foliage centrepiece this Christmas can find out how with the help of our expert this December (2021).
On December 14 and 15, our expert, Trudy Hendy will be holding a table centrepiece workshop for a small group.
Trudy says: “My festive table centre workshops are for just 10 participants and will take place in a large, airy building with plenty of space. Those who attend will be taught all they need to know about making a stunning centrepiece for their Christmas day table.
“We will be providing all the materials including a range of festive foliage and natural decorations for people to use and I will guide them through the process of creating a centrepiece by hand, in easy stages.
“Attendees will also be able to personalise their designs to suit their own requirements and preferences and they may take their finished piece home with them at the end of the evening.
“To make it super festive we will also be serving mulled wine or tea/coffee along with mince pies. In the background, Christmas carols will also be playing to add to the ambience. The workshop looks set to be interesting and jolly, and we do hope people will be able to sign up for it.”
Trudy will be teaching the table centrepiece workshop on Tuesday, December 14 and Wednesday, December 15 from 6pm until 8pm.
We suggest all attendees bring with them some gardening gloves, secateurs and a warm coat. Please also bring a scarf if you feel the cold. Our heating will be on, but we don’t want anyone to feel chilly.
We’re also asking everyone to arrive 30 minutes before the workshop start time, so everyone can get settled in with a drink before we start.
The workshop will cost £35 per person and there are only 10 places per session. Anyone wishing to attend will need to book and pay in advance. Please email us via info@langfordlakes.co.uk or call us on 01823 400550 for a booking form.
